Bartomeo Property Management is growing and looking for a reliable Full-Time Laborer / Painter to join our team. If you take pride in your work and want a long-term career with a company built on honesty and integrity, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

You will help prepare rental homes and apartments by completing painting, light repairs, and general labor tasks. This role requires visiting multiple job sites daily and working independently. Hours range from 35–40 per week, all local.

Responsibilities

Interior/exterior painting (must be efficient and skilled)

Preparing homes for new tenants

Demo work: floors, kitchens, bathrooms

Power washing

Light landscaping (mulch, debris removal)

General handyman tasks and property cleanouts

Minimum Requirements

1+ year painting experience

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle

Own basic tools (paint tools, drill, screwdrivers, ladder, etc.)

Strong communication skills

Must pass a full background check Note: Due to Florida law, applicants must pass a thorough background check and cannot have felonies or excessive misdemeanors.

Ideal Candidate

Hardworking, honest, punctual

Self-motivated and able to follow directions

Works well alone and with a team

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repairs

Construction or handyman experience is a plus

What We Offer

Competitive pay: $17–$20/hr
