We are an outdoor storage facility for motorhomes, boats, and trailers and are looking for an experienced and highly reliable Office Assistant for 2-3 days per week – ideal for a part-time job or for retirees!
Absolute trustworthiness is essential!
The working days would be, for example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are also flexible to a certain extent.
The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:
Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Very good oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented in tasks and handoffs
A polite demeanor is a priority
Good references
The responsibilities of an Office Assistant include:
You act as the primary point of contact and answer incoming calls, emails, and letters.
Managing customer data
Creating customer contracts
Handling customer requests
Sending monthly invoices
Collecting payments
