Part time, up to full time Contract Field Service Engineers Positions Available

Full Time positions may become available in the future depending on performance.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

All technicians are required to drive their own vehicle, have a working email and operate on their own cell phone device and carrier while operating on behalf of the company.

All jobs must be completed for close out prior to leaving each site

All tools listed below must be in possession and up to code for use prior to your first day

Starting wage will be DOE for all positions

Payment is issued weekly upon full confirmed completion of required deliverables

Payment for all techs who use their own vehicles will be paid Mileage between jobs

We are open to receiving technicians from Dallas, TX and all other States surrounding Georgia.

We are looking for technicians who are nearby these locations in Florida:

We are also looking to partner with other companies who are interested in being involved in more projects.

Must have a registered LLC to apply for this option and accurate itinerary of techs and skillsets.

Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and providing quality needed repairs. This position requires driving and candidate must be willing to travel to designated sites outside of the office to assure equipment is functioning properly and meeting customers’ needs. They must be able to read, follow and complete instructions provided. They will establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required.

Must be able to pass a Criminal and Financial Background Check for security authorization purposes.

Requirements:

Must have a Valid and Active Driving License in the USA

Reliable source of transportation

Georgia Residents must have a Georgia Driver’s License within 30 days of relocation from another state

Certifications/Licenses:

Must show proof to qualify for long term projects

Duties/Responsibilities:

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications as needed.

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair.

Moving, Adding and Changing of network equipment (Routers, switches and device setups).

Racking and stacking as directed.

Installation of Cabling as directed.

Connect/Install Demarc Extensions per city code to home and businesses.

Installs and provides network wiring testing and Cable certification services for new installations and existing networks.

Wireless Access Point Installation and Advanced network troubleshooting for on-premises, and cloud services.

Installation of CAT5E/6/6A and Fiber Optics.

Troubleshoot Surveillance & Monitoring, CCTV (Closed Circuit) and Motion Alert Cameras.

Repair and troubleshoot and/or replace Audio visual, Paging/Intercom

and Digital Signage.

Troubleshoot and install Phone systems and PBX.

Install and troubleshoot Voice over IP.

Traveling throughout Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Service Fusion Assignment Close Out

Provide Close Out Notes of work performed and submit Labor Hours per Assignment Completion

Efficiently Communicates with all Admin Support and Dispatch regarding assignments

Submits all required deliverables prior to leaving site for each work order in Service Fusion.

Follows all Company Policies and Procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 to 3 related field experiences required.

Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift and carry a toolbox and/or ladder that can weigh up to 50 lbs.

Prolonged periods of driving, standing, squatting, climbing ladder and fitting into tight spaces.

Screening Requirements:

Must be able to pass a Criminal and Financial Background Check for security authorization purposes.
