Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic metal fabrication department in our manufacturing facility. You will be tasked with:
Operating a variety of metal fabrication machinery including CNC press brake, CNC turret press, CNC shear, and CNC punch press.
Bending, shaping, punching, and cutting metal to specifications.
Reading blueprints and a tape measure.
Loading and unloading your machine by hand.
Working independently on the machine, so a high level of responsibility and ownership is required.
Qualifications:
Machine operation experience is required.
Ability to read tape measure is required.
Proficiency using computers.
Experience operating CNC machinery is preferred.
Experience working with metal fabrication machinery is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.

Work Environment
This is a large, open bay production facility with multiple work stations and bays.
The production floor is NOT climate controlled.
There are industrial-sized ceiling fans that keep the air moving, but it is not air-conditioned.
There are forklifts and manufacturing machinery present.
Contractors will wear safety shoes, safety glasses, and earplugs if needed.
