Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL. This role primarily involves ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing customer interactions, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating meetings.Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and greet visitors to the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere Manage customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process Maintain accurate records of customer credit information Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed Keep office supplies stocked and manage the maintenance of office machinery Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging necessary equipment, and organizing catering services Provide back-up support to the concierge, including distributing and tracking packages, posting mail, and arranging messenger services Troubleshoot missed deliveries and ensure they are appropriately handled Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as print jobs or additional clerical duties.Requirements Proven experience in customer service and office functions Familiarity with office operations and workstation support Strong phone presence for handling incoming and outgoing calls Experience with receptionist duties including greeting visitors and handling inquiries Ability to troubleshoot office machinery and equipment Proficiency in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Experience in handling deliveries and distribution of office supplies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in coordinating meetings, making reservations, and handling catering arrangements Familiarity with concierge services and the ability to provide high-quality customer service Ability to perform miscellaneous tasks as required by the office Experience in print services and messenger services Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their applicationsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
