Job description
We are looking for HIGH RISE window cleaners. Experience in rappelling and aerial R.D.S. a plus, but willing to train.
We are in search of professionals and hard-working individuals, who are trained in this physically challenging but rewarding career field. A career in commercial exterior building maintenance with A1 Orange requires the willingness to follow safety rules (without exception), continuously learn new skills and techniques, and maintain a strong work ethic. We provide ongoing safety and job training to workers.
Job Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a Green Card;
Must hold a valid Florida drivers license and be insurable;
Able to perform demanding, active work at heights, whether from ladder, lifts, scaffolding or other devices;
Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold, often starting at 6 am;
Possess good English speaking skills;
Available for full-time or part-time work (minimum 15 hours/week);
Overtime is available for good workers, and evening and weekend shifts are available as well.
