I've recently created an online subscription based business/service, it's still in development but launch date is within 5 weeks.
I'm a bit overwhelmed and could use an enthusiastic either
1. Business partner
2. Investor or investors
3. Manager/Chief executive of the company
4. Contract employee
I can't divulge to much until service site is launched (To protect my idea and brand)
I'm basically seeking someone who is.
1. Young at heart, and still eager to succeed and who hasn't given up.
2. Someone with vision.
3. Someone who's not intimidated by the internet and the complexities of.
4. Someone who is honest and trustworthy to the core, no exceptions there.
5. Someone who is customer service friendly and likes to help others.
6. Someone who wants to be a millionaire within 2 years, through actual hard work (internet type of hard worklol)
Basically what I'm saying is this, or any new company, has a better chance at success with a team of 1-3 people, who bring different strengths and talents. Every team is made of of players with different skill sets who all work together to achieve success on the field, be it a baseball field or the even more fierce corporate field.
I can do it solo, but it's more fun and motivating to have a team.
Pay?
If you come in as a partner, pay grows as company growsthink Microsoft or Apple.
If you come in as a contract employee, well, AI or YT can basically do the samenot a good option.
If you come in as an investor, we go Corporate.
If hungry and have an entrepreneur spirit, young at heart and a fighter, then reach out, let's talk.
Not into endless texts or questionsif your personality isn't big enough to talk to someone on the phone, than probably not a good fit.
And with that, whatever your decision I hope you prosper and do well and please always be kind to others.
Added notes
Company has a profile on Linkedin now, FB and X, formerly known as twitter.
I highly prefer someone who lives in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Remote work, to me, is for after you've gotten to know someone, not prior of before, not with a new company or concept anyways.
And to those who have responded so far, first off, thanks, you're more than qualified to help me grow this company.
But again, I prefer someone who is local, so we can meet, talk, hang out, discuss stuff, etc.
A new company is like a baby, and we must grow it together, both being equally invested in it's success, that works out better when the team is local.
And don't feel you have to be a wiz to reply or reach out, I've learned in life it's not so much the technical qualifications that matter, but rather the heart, the vision, and the passion and fight inside someone.
Either way, be well and prosper.
