Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for Production and Warehouse positions at our Jacksonville Full-Line Plant.

Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
-Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production floor.
-Inspect finished packaging for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling.
-Assemble corrugated boxes and packaging materials according to customer specifications.
-Perform routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance when needed.
-Keep accurate production records and report equipment or material issues.
-Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
-Assist in training new team members when required.
-Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Basic math and measurement skills required.
-Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred but not required — training provided.
-Must have a valid photo ID (for security clearance before interview).
