Technical Data Analyst

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst III in Juno Beach, Florida. This role includes conducting operational analyses to support informed decision making within the business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing special projects, research processes, process design and modification, and report development.Responsibilities: Conduct basic to moderately complex operational analyses Support decision-making within the business unit Lead and manage medium to large special projects Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research Design and modify processes as per the business unit's requirements Develop reports based on operational analyses Apply standardized tools and techniques for business analyses Oversee the validation plans and procedures Manage onboarding and staffing processes for the business unit Ensure accurate commission functions and expense account managementRequirements Proficient in developing and implementing procedures to improve business operations Experience with onboarding employees and managing staffing requirements Ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and manage relationships Proven track record of leading special projects and achieving desired outcomes Knowledge of commission functions and ability to execute them efficiently Must be willing to work onsite as required Strong decision-making skills and ability to solve complex problems Experience with managing an expense account and ensuring cost efficiency Ability to work closely with business units and understand their specific needs Proficient in quantitative analysis and deriving insights from data Experience in creating and implementing validation plans Knowledge of cyber security principles and best practices Experience in conducting and interpreting qualitative research Familiarity with NIS and Nerc standards and protocols Experience in managing a contingent workforce effectively Proficient in process design and able to implement changes to improve efficiencyTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
