JOB DESCRIPTION/POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Purpose and ScopeReporting to the Program Director’s Office, the PMOSA will oversee and ensure execution of contract level administrative requirements for senior leadership and corporate offices as defined by the PM. AS PMSOA, act as Administrative/Office Manager for PMO including as needed support from other directors. With minimal direct supervision, the aggressive, proactive, and creative thinking candidate will analyze for process improvement contract deliverables and support needs, establish and lead a network of administrative personnel to coordinate for consistency and budget for office supplies and special training. The PMOSA will provide frequent status reports to the Program Director to stay apprise of concerns, progress and opportunities needing executive, or corporate. Must project a friendly and energetic attitude representing the BOSS contract focusing on customer satisfaction, and quality output of products.Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities

Manage administrative budget for office supplies, events, and process PMO travel requests

Perform as interface to managers and staff on training of new administrative processes and required tools and standards

Assist Program Director in analyzing contract data and developing corrective actions

Ensure important Contract communications are distributed to BOSS workforce as directed by Program Director

Lead BOSS Rewards and Recognition Program working with Human Resources

Manage key inventory

Provide timecard support to Business Office as required to ensure timecard completion schedule is met

Monitor and ensure submittal of DRDs for Mission Operations and Spaceport Services (MOSS)

Establish and lead the network of the administrative staff as needed in BOSS departments to establish standards, collaborate on cross departmental issues, determine backup needs, hurricane support, and recognition

Manage the maintenance and quality of the contract portal – SharePoint; primary owner and interface with IT (Employee, Customer and Public portals)

Lead and ensure completion of special projects assigned by Program or Deputy Program Director

Manage and ensure quality of PMO Sr Staff requests such as executive level presentations, large attendance meetings; scheduling interviews; and preparing for, and setting up meeting rooms

Create quality templates and standards for contract presentations, briefings for customers and corporate

Perform periodic walk-through of BOSS areas and reporting hazards or issues

Manage and ensure readiness of PMO multifunction devises such as copiers/printers

Screen, schedule and manage Program and Deputy Program Director’s schedule

Establish relationship with Corporate administrative staff; plan and host corporate visits/meeting

Education and Experience Requirements

AA Degree or 4 years relevant experience

Experience in SharePoint Administration and Maintenance desired

Demonstrate evidence of working with minimal supervision

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Knowledge of Kennedy Space Center and Base Operations Contracts required

Proficient in MS Office Tools including MS Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated evidence of working with minimal supervision

Analytical skills to deconflict and research best business practices

Preferred Qualifications, But Not Required:

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to obtain and maintain KSC/NASA clearances/badges as required by program and position

Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written in an effective manner.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
