Largo Resort, a luxury waterfront boutique resort in Key Largo, is seeking a Wedding Coordinator / Sales Specialist to join our growing team. We host breathtaking weddings and private events year-round, and we’re looking for someone who is organized, warm, and confident in both planning and sales.o
Responsibilities:
Handle wedding inquiries and convert leads into bookings
Conduct property tours for couples and planners
Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
Coordinate wedding timelines and vendor logistics
Serve as the point of contact on wedding days
Maintain accurate records in our CRM/PMS (Cloudbeds/Event Temple experience is a plus)
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
Meet sales goals and support overall revenue growth

Qualifications:
Experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or event sales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable with computers and hospitality software
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional, friendly, and confident with clients
Must be able to work weekends as required by wedding schedules
