Product Manager

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity that will be hybrid 2 days onsite in Kissimmee, Florida. This role is for a Product Manager who will play a crucial role in our project and portfolio management tool's product strategy, lifecycle management, and enhancement.Responsibilities Develop product strategy and roadmap for our project and portfolio management tool. Collaborate with end users, application team, and key stakeholders to enhance and evolve the product. Proactively manage the product line’s lifecycle and foresee potential issues. Collect business and system requirements from internal and external customers, and translate these into specifications and user stories. Drive project schedules from design to release and manage the production launch. Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams and external vendors to develop optimal solutions. Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Translate strategy into actionable epics, including user stories and product specifications. Manage the feature development and defect backlog on a daily basis to ensure that priorities align with the strategic direction. Attend daily scrums with development studios to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks. Translate the tool and business strategy into prioritized epics and user stories and ensure appropriate delivery across the development lifecycle. Assist the leadership team in translating product vision into presentations, using presentation tools to continuously share the product vision with delivery partners.that will be 2 days Requirements Proven experience in Product Management or similar roles Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology and backlog grooming Demonstrated ability to implement strategies and optimize processes Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project teams Experience with product launch and product lifecycle management Knowledge of business strategy and IT strategy Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and strategic roadmaps Proficiency in creating and managing user stories Experience in portfolio management and product marketing Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders and C-suite executives Deep understanding of design and product implementations Familiarity with project implementation and product planning Ability to manage product life cycle and product lifecycle management Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
