Job Offer: Front-Area Customer Service Associate
Location: Colon Bakery, Haines City, FL
We are a Colombian bakery and café with a deep commitment to serving our loyal community. As we transition to highlight more Colombian flavors, we proudly continue to offer select popular items from the bakery's Dominican roots, honoring the legacy of the previous owner. We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Front-Area Customer Service Associate who loves serving coffee, delicious food, fresh pastries, and bread. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to have you join our team!
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, take orders, and ensure an excellent experience.
Serve a variety of items, including coffee, food, pastries, and freshly baked bread (experience with food and beverage preparation is preferred).
Keep the front area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Conduct inventory and communicate supply needs.
Contribute to a friendly, inviting environment that reflects Colombian hospitality.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, ideally with coffee, food, pastry, and bread.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST!
Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.
Local to Haines City, FL, or nearby areas.
