Part time. Average 8-20 hrs. Per week. Day, evening, night shifts available. Position entails making quality assurance calls to our clients who consist of psychiatric hospitals and drug and alcohol treatment facilities in the US. The successful applicant will be dependable and have good computer skills, clear phone voice, be detail oriented, have a firm grasp of the English language and the ability to express your thoughts in writing. Please note. This is not a full-time position. WE are looking for the person who would like to supplement their income working from home. This position works well for home school moms or dads and retirees who want long-term part-time employment. This is not a sales position. The position is customer oversight NOT customer service.
