Job Title: Manufacturing Technician B (Malabar, FL) (2nd shift) (4/10) Job Code: 16039 Job Location: Malabar, FL Job Description: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Essential Functions:
CCA conformal coating experience
Proficiency masking/demasking parylene coated cca’s.
Avionics Mfg experience
Qualifications:
Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Knowledge and/or experience with VHDL, MCM, Power, Analog, Controls, Aerospace industry or Optical Engineering
Excellent communication, technical writing and presentation skills
Knowledge of and/or understanding circuit analysis and operational concepts
Familiarity with various computing environments (LINUX/Windows)
