Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Medley, Florida. This role is positioned within the call center customer service industry and involves assisting customers with their orders and resolving any arising issues. Key responsibilities: Assist customers with their queries and issues regarding their orders. Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer problems. Maintain a high level of empathy when dealing with customers. Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills by handling phone calls and emails simultaneously. Maintain punctuality and adhere to the shift schedules. Learn and adapt quickly to the fast-paced work environment. Utilize a typing speed of 40+ words per minute for efficient communication. Maintain customer records accurately and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as required. Possess the ability to communicate effectively in both languages if bilingual. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role Familiarity with Call Center Customer Service practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in relevant computer applications Ability to adapt to different types of customers High level of patience and emotional intelligence Excellent phone etiquette Understanding and commitment to company's customer service standards Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and improve skills continuously High school diploma or equivalent education required.
