Accountant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accountant in Miami, Florida. This role is a hybrid one, with a mix of office and remote work. As an Accountant, you will be involved in a variety of functions including accounts payable and receivable, book entry oversight, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Manage and process both accounts payable and accounts receivable Oversee the entries in the books and ensure they are accurate and timely Conduct regular reconciliation of transactions Supervise other bookkeepers in the team Prepare financial and quarterly reports for review Carry out audits as needed Ensure month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time Utilize accounting software systems effectively, particularly Sage Employ skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial services Balance sheet account management and auditing.If qualified for the position please call 786.801.5830 or email victoria.marc@roberthalf.coRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of CL Programming Experience with Concur Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to perform Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Auditing Experience with Balance Sheet Account Proficiency in Sage Software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
