Efficiently manage incoming calls, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff members.
Take accurate messages and oversee supply orders.
Welcome and assist clients and customers with a professional demeanor.
Coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms, manage travel arrangements, maintain calendars, and handle other essential receptionist responsibilities.
Requirements
