Business Analyst

  Lead strategic planning and operational initiatives across Client Services North America.Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies and key performance indicators.Monitor progress and evaluate success using a data-driven approach, while continually improving processes to increase efficiency and impact.Stay informed of best practices in business operations, change management, and the platforms we use to bring innovative ideas to the organization and improve user experience.Build and manage artifacts that track and report on OKR performanceHelp identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase team and North America Client Services service automation that drives efficiencyThis is a hybrid position.
