Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support both Latam and US regions, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation analysis, salary structure design, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of budgets related to compensation programs.
Conduct salary reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal policies.
Create and manage salary bands and roles mapping for the organization.
Draft and review offer letters to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Prepare salary increase letters in accordance with company guidelines and performance reviews.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on compensation metrics, trends, and program effectiveness to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in compensation management for both Latam and US regions.
Strong understanding of salary structures, role mapping, and compensation best practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a part-time capacity.
