Director of Credit and Collections

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Managed Services industry based in Miami, Florida. We are in search of a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the process of customer credit applications, maintain customer credit records, handle customer inquiries, and monitor customer accounts.Responsibilities: Supervise the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner Oversee the maintenance of precise customer credit records Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to credit and collections Monitor and assess the status of customer accounts regularly Utilize systems to manage and track credit and collections activities Implement CRM strategies to improve customer relationships Oversee accounting functions related to credit and collections Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all billing functions are performed accurately Oversee cash activity and cash applications to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.Requirements This role is onsite Mon-Fri in Downtown Miami. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. Previous experience as a Director or Credit and Collections is required.
