This role is located in Miami, FL. You will be Consolidating and reporting for the LATAM region consists of: volume = 4 million HL, NSR = $164 million, and EBITDA = $46 millionMobility: To further your career in the organization, future mobility will be required.Travel: Approximately 30-40% travel is associated with this position.This position reports to the Sr Finance ManagerThe Responsibilities:
Accounting, Reporting and Internal Controls Expertise
Assist with month-end closing
JE preparation and submission
Accruals
Actual analysis and reporting
Financial Analytics Expertise
Lead the consolidation of actual, forecasting, variance analysis, and generate various reports
Volume forecast, COGS, BME and G&A
Lead the consolidation and analysis of the LRP and AOP
Financial Reporting
Responsible for PO and expense tracking, analyzing, reporting and payment of HQ marketing.
Responsible for creating, forecasting, analyzing and reporting the HQ, G&A
Able to work within a team environment with a positive emotional intelligence outlook, especially respecting other peoples different point of views and ideas
Business partnering.
FX Process-monthly calculation, analyzing, forecasting and reporting
Assist with the creation, maintenance, analysis and insights of the new LATAM, P&L by SKU
Consolidate, keep track and report VOP (savings identified
Run, analyze and consolidate LATAM A/R aging and follow-up on pending actions
Responsible for ensuring the pricing change is implemented in SAP and Salesforce on a timely basis.
Assist with the financial evaluation of new SKU and brand launches.
Traveling to markets to meet with partners and country managers.
The Other Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting OR equivalent experience (4+ years).
You have at least 2-3 years experience in SAP knowledge, Beverage Industry experience, MBA, work in a Matrix Organization
