Mignonette, Miami's premier destination for oysters and seafood is looking for a cold line cook. This station requires the ability to SHUCK OYSTERS, make salads, dressings, and items associated with a cold line and raw bar. Ideally the applicant has at least 1 year experience doing this. We are a great place to work and this is a full time job, nights only.
