we are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer (or Assistant Designer) to join our team!
We specialize in floral designs for weddings, events, and daily arrangements, and we’re looking for someone passionate about flowers, design, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Creating floral arrangements for events and daily orders (bouquets, centerpieces, installations, etc.)
Assisting with setup and breakdown for weddings and events
Processing flowers and maintaining design area organization
Supporting inventory and cleaning tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:
Has experience in floral design or event setups (preferred, but we can train the right creative person)
Is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, creative environment
Must be able to lift and move buckets/boxes of flowers (light–moderate physical work)
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, depending on experience and event calendar.
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Compensation: Based on experience and skill level.
