Munchkin Soft Play – Lead Operations Position (Miami)
We are a fast-growing kids’ party rental company serving Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, and Naples.
We set up toddler soft-play playgrounds, ball pits, fences, and occasional bounce houses.
We are hiring a serious, reliable Lead Operations person who can handle physical work, drive a trailer, run Saturday setups, and grow with us.
This is NOT a helper job. This is a long-term role with responsibility and advancement.
Responsibilities
Run all Saturday deliveries & event setups (non-negotiable)
Lead clean, professional setups & breakdowns
Drive and back up a 10–12 ft trailer confidently
Load/unload equipment accurately
Keep equipment clean and organized
Communicate ETAs through WhatsApp
Follow checklists
Assist with weekday prep (Mon–Thu)
Organize warehouse / light cleaning / labeling
Occasional travel to Naples
Schedule
Saturday: Full-day required
Sunday: Required availability, usually lighter
Monday–Thursday: Flexible cleaning/prep
Thursday: Mandatory loading day
Friday: Usually off IF all work is completed (worst case: work must be done by 5 PM)
A consistent weekly schedule is required.
Pay
$25/hr to start
Performance-based growth to $30/hr (speed, reliability, accuracy)
Raises are not automatic — they are earned
Starts as a 1099 contractor
Weekly Monday pay for this role
W-9 and valid ID required
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Must meet U-Haul eligibility requirements
Trailer driving & backing experience
Able to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors
Calm, professional temperament (must handle stress well)
Reliable transportation
Looking for long-term work
Able to follow directions & communicate clearly
