Maintenance - Community Association

Part-time Maintenance person needed. Part-time maintenance person to work with maintenance supervisor to maintain grounds of 56 Building community in Davie. Work scope includes keeping community common area clean and maintained. Irrigation repair. Special project work and support. Duties include: Cleaning, light project work, grounds maintenance, irrigation repair, wood-working, special projects, etc. Must speak English. Pay hourly based on experience. 25 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible with a few must days.
