We are a property management company seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Janitorial / Maintenance Attendant to provide daily cleaning and upkeep services for a condominium community.The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. This position involves the regular care of all interior and exterior common areas, ensuring that every part of the property is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and maintaining all common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, etc
Performing routine cleaning of parking areas, building entrances, and recreational facilities.
Ensuring all assigned areas are kept neat, sanitary, and safe for residents and guests.
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to Management promptly.
Supporting the overall appearance and cleanliness standards of the community as directed by Management.
The Janitorial / Maintenance Attendant is an essential part of our team, contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of all community residents.
