Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated House & Facility Cleaning Crew Manager to lead our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality service.
Inspect homes and facilities after cleaning to ensure quality control and address any client concerns.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring teams are well-stocked.
Coordinate with clients to schedule cleanings and address any special requests or feedback.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing health and safety standards.
Report any issues or maintenance needs in homes or facilities to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or managerial role required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, and some weekends if necessary.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
