Groundskeeper
Large Estate near Trump National Doral Golf Club needs an experienced, dedicated and reliable person to:
Oversee the gardener and pool service and maintain the pool daily
Ensure that everything is in working order in the house - including all internet, streaming services, alarm system, electronics
Responsible for paint touch up, changing a/c filters, replacing light bulbs, light carpentry
Window washing.
Car washing, car servicing and maintenance, gas fill up
Ensure that the BBQ is in working order
Errands for the owner
Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Must be fluent in Spanish, (any English is a plus)
Must have legal authorization to work in the US
Must have a drivers license and clean driving credit.
Background checks will be conducted
Hours are M-F 8-4. Must be available for extended hours including some weekends periodically (paid)
