Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, completing various administrative tasks, reminding management of upcoming tasks, and handling company invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide timely reminders for tasks and deadlines.
Handle company invoices, including processing and ensuring timely payments.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in order.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Support other administrative and office management duties as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with invoicing and financial processes is a plus.
