Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a proven track record in customer service and sales. This full-time position offers a pleasant and relaxed work environment, along with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Must communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and a CRM program.
Invoicing & Documentation: Create and manage invoices using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Order Processing: Handle product packing and shipping, as well as follow-up with current and new customers regarding orders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (100%). No solicite si no habla bien el inglés.
Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and general computer operations.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Team Player: Must work well in teams, demonstrate a positive attitude, and be willing to help where needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Esthetics/Skin Care Experience: Not required but highly recommended.
Education: Minimum High School diploma required; some college education preferred.
Personal Attributes: Positive, energetic, accountable, and a quick learner. Must have a "can-do" attitude, embrace continuous improvement, and be adaptable to new processes.
