Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate construction crews for various phases of swimming pool construction.
Manage and schedule inspections throughout the project.
Regularly update and communicate with clients, keeping them informed of progress and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a personable approach is key.
Previous experience in construction scheduling or project coordination is preferred but not required.
Ability to manage timelines and work well under pressure.
