Impact Windows, Doors and Roofing company looking for a full time in house permitting coordinator with job scheduling and permitting experience. As a permitting coordinator, you are an integral part of the construction team and will provide quality and timely delivery of permit services for windows and roofing. Our company specializes in impact windows and roof replacement, providing exceptional services to residential and commercial clients. All candidates must have
- Experience in roofing or construction and be familiar with typical job flow and terminology in these fields.
- Bi-Lingual English/ Spanish
- Effective in multitasking
- Ability to compose a professional email, answer calls in a positive and professional manner
- Self motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong computer and communication skills
Qualified candidates daily duties include but not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting ALL permit applications for Residential Windows, Doors, Garage Doors and roofing projects
- Send emails and answering phones in a professional manner
- Filing when necessary
- Data entry
- Interact with the city, county and state municipalities relating to permitting
- Collect pictures from installers ad print them as needed
