This job is Part Time
- Approximately 3 to 8 hours per day ( hours flexible and on weekends )

- Skills for job ( carpentry, drywall, painting, some electrical repairs, little plumbing repairs
- Are you very organized, and have attention to detail, and very dependable
- Are you courteous and even tempered, professional, with No drug or alcohol issues

you are very handy !
But you must have dependable transportation, and you own tools !
