Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Naples, Florid two days a week. As a Bookkeeper, your role will involve managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions. This role presents a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in records Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and bookkeeping tasks Manage month-end close procedures, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the company's records match the bank statements Uphold the accuracy of all financial records and transactions Respond to any financial inquiries and disputes, providing appropriate resolutions Monitor and maintain customer credit records and applications.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory. Expertise in Bank Reconciliations is needed. Familiarity with Bookkeeping principles and practices is essential. Should possess strong Data Entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. Must be capable of performing Month End Close tasks. Experience with QuickBooks is required.
