Accountant Senior

The Accountant Senior is responsible for the maintenance and coordination of accounting books and records as well as the preparation, review, analysis, and presentation of various accounting processes including journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and revenue & expense variance presentation and budgets.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values:IntegrityPassionWork EthicEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist and implement ongoing development of reconciliation procedurePreparation, review, analysis, and presentation of department financial statementsPrepare general ledger closing entriesReview, analyze, and present financial statementsReconcile general ledger balance sheet accounts and maintain proper backupExercises proper judgment and presents all findings with a game plan to resolve issuesAssist and support other staff members and other department managersVerify and confirm for accuracy and completion at month-endPerforms other duties as assigned
