The OpportunityAs part of the Tax Services team you support the management of work schedules and department meetings, facilitating smooth and productive operations. As an Administrative, you deliver exceptional support to enable client and internal-facing teams, anticipate needs, and understand tasks thoroughly. You be responsible for managing multiple priorities, building reliable relationships with various levels of the department, and adapting to changing circumstances and needs.Responsibilities

What You Must Have

High School Diploma

1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proven experience in managing management's work schedule and department meetings

Thorough knowledge of MS Office products

Ability to work independently

Managing multiple priorities and aligning resources to confirm that priorities are met

Experience in researching tax issues and preparing supporting schedules and calculations for income tax returns

Ability to assist and build reliable relationships with various levels of the department

Capability to apply and adapt skills to changing circumstances and needs

Ability to communicate clearly in various forms
