Description Orlando company is looking for a Controller. The company is looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Controller will include, but not limited to the following. Lead monthly and annual accounting close; implement processes to ensure financial statement integrity, including balance sheet account reconciliations, income statement analysis. Work closely with Managers and Operations leadership to evaluate costs, accurate and timely. Assist with developing annual budget & monthly forecasts, monitor financial performance. Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate efficient operations. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and cost savings. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful engagement, provide requested materials/schedules, and information needed to support the audit. Support team with key strategic and process improvement initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
