As a Driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for guests and resort operations. This position requires excellent customer service, strong driving skills, and a commitment to safety while ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from start to finish.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as a Driver: Safely transport guests and passengers to designated locations while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Provide exceptional guest service and assist passengers with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
Utilize GPS and local area knowledge to navigate efficiently and maintain timely schedules.
Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other items as needed.
Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
Represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, communication, and guest interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
