Engineering Technician III

As an Maintenance Technician III, you will:Lead and perform engineering tasks including guest calls, preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects, ensuring adherence to resort management directives and safety standards.Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; maintain pools, spas, and water features with proper chemical balancing.Handle construction and maintenance projects such as drywall, flooring, tiling, and carpentry; safely operate tools and equipment including lifts, ladders, and PPE.Use resort operations software (e.g., HotSOS), read blueprints and technical manuals, and participate in procurement and inventory to ensure work readiness.Communicate professionally across teams and with guests to identify needs and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Uphold safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with CFI/Westgate policies and procedures; perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
