As an SEC Reporting & Corporate Accounting intern, you will assist with month end close journal entries and reporting, audit requests and validations, and balance sheet cash reconciliations. In addition, the intern will also assist with quarterly reporting and work paper preparations, required tie-outs and documentation, quality control process on the quarterly SEC filing, special projects, and process documentation.In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.How You’ll Shine:
Assist with month end close and audit requests.
Assist with quarterly filings and work paper preparation.
Process documentation and filing.
Projects and ad hoc reporting.
What You’ll Bring :
Currently enrolled in a 4-year institution in a related field
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2025 in Orlando Florida
Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
