job detailsWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. please submit resume to maria.a.rodriguez@randstadusa.com Application MUST be completed by downlaoding the randstad job for workers app. Which is located on your Play or APP store on your phone.salary: $17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesHVAC System Maintenance & Repairs:Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems) to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.Customer Service & Communication:Communicate clearly with clients regarding service issues, repairs, and system performance. Provide estimates for repairs and replacements, and offer advice on system upgrades or preventative maintenance.Documentation & Reporting:Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of all work performed. Ensure proper documentation for compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Refrigerant Handling:Safely handle refrigerants, conduct leak detection, and perform refrigerant recovery and recharging in compliance with EPA regulations.Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and control problems. Use diagnostic tools and manuals to identify and correct issues.The essential functions of this role include:
