Honey Feast is a growing Florida-based honey company producing premium, small-batch honey products distributed nationwide and locally from our farm store. We are expanding and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Shipping & Warehouse Associate to handle daily order fulfillment, packaging, palletizing, and general warehouse/farm support. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with computers, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role includes shipping individual orders as well as preparing palletized wholesale shipments. The job involves physical work, computer-based shipping tasks, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Order Fulfillment
Log in to our order management systems to review and process daily shipments.
Select the appropriate shipping service based on cost, delivery time, and package requirements.
Determine correct box size, weight, and packing materials for each order.
Print shipping labels and pack orders accurately and securely.
Prepare outgoing shipments for scheduled carrier pickups.
Wholesale & Palletized Shipments
Prepare multiple pallets per week for wholesale customers.
Build and wrap pallets to required specifications.
Create and manage LTL freight paperwork, BOLs, and truck scheduling.
Apply pallet labels and ensure accurate documentation (training provided).
Warehouse & Inventory
Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized.
Assist with inventory counts and product restocking.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Farm & General Support
Take out trash and recycling as needed.
Assist with general organization around the warehouse and farm.
Move products, tools, and materials as required.
Help with occasional light farm tasks (no prior experience required).
Requirements
Ability to lift packages up to 65 lbs safely.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
Able to stand, lift, and move throughout the workday.
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Forklift experience is a plus (but not required).
Prior shipping or warehouse experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person.
