Do you have SIGNIFICANT culinary training and experience, AND know your way around a kitchen so well you could put great product out from any kitchen anywhere? Can you set up a line by yourself and help write a menu of items that people actually want to buy and still comes in at or below industry average cost, and know how to pivot when sht goes wrong? If you've owned or GM'd a restaurant/bar before, are 100% confident in yourself, can demonstrate your abilities, AND are looking for a new venture, it's here.

You'll own the kitchen, literally and figuratively. I'm an attorney and will set you up in your own entity and show you how to start a business if you don't know, and fund your operation for the first 90 days. You'll be in charge of every dollar and every item that goes into the kitchen, and every plate that comes out. We'll be working side by side five days and nights a week, in a new restaurant/bar, so we'll know very quickly if we're a long-term fit. We'll go over numbers together EVERY DAY without fail, build each other up and bust each other's chops when necessary, and blow the doors off of everyone around us. After 90 days you'll fly on your own, earning more money than you probably ever have before and will need to hire your own staff to scale up to where you think you need to be. YOU AND ONE OTHER PERSON who you bring with you ARE THE STAFF FOR NOW, which includes prepping and cleaning up after yourselves, washing the dishes, ordering the food and supplies you need, and helping me sell your product to our guests.

This is not a job, I'm not looking for a "chef", I'm looking for an a-kicker who can run a full kitchen, under cost, and make sure everything is done at a very high level, while not overspending. I'm not opposed to a chef, if Chef isn't too good to wash dishes. It's an opportunity to get somewhere in life if you aren't where you know you deserve to be.
