We are looking for experienced Barleads & Barbacks More information is provided below.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities for Barleads: ($25.00 hourly-Not Tipped)
-Sign in all bartenders on paper timesheets when they reach the bar (check physical IDs)
-Manage cleanliness and organization of BOH
-Delegate tasks to Barbacks as you see fit
-Send bartenders on break and maintain basic timesheet upkeep
-Communicate to Barback Supervisor if there are any inventory or BOH questions/concerns
-Communicate to Staffing Team if there are any employee issues or suspicious behavior occurring behind the bar
-Oversee and delegate all BOH bar clean up (cleaning up product, throwing away trash, burn ice, etc.)
-Sign out all bartenders.
-Ensure everyone has a clock out time and signature
Essential Functions & Responsibilities for Barbacks: ($10.98 hourly + Tips)
-Ensures that bar and floors are clean and trash is removed from bar tops, inside the bar, and storage area
-Clears and wipes down surfaces
-Maintains a clean work environment in accordance with Health Department standards
-Maintains soap and paper towels at hand wash stations in all bars
-Maintains par stock levels by placing orders for wine, beer, liquor, non alcoholic beverages and cups throughout shift
-Receives and delivers all products to appropriate outlet and stocks in accordance to specification
-Stocks serve wells in accordance to specifications with all product and supplies require
-Communicate any issues at the bar with Bar Leads and Supervisors
