Our client is in need of a Millwork Wood Production/Machine Operator. Responsibilities include operating a double surface planer, rip saw, moulder, and other production machinery involved in custom wood molding manufacturing. Heavy lifting and standing for long periods is required to process rough lumber through production to the finished product
The ideal candidate will have experience working in lumber production environments such as custom cabinet shops or truss manufacturing. Experience in other heavy manufacturing also considered. Will train the right person with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a good attitude.
Other skills needed include: reading tape measure, good math skills, standard forklift experience a plus, must speak fluent English but bilingual in Spanish is helpful. Must be able to multitask. This person must be able to work with minimum supervision and have a mature demeanor.
