Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our custom builds and renovations. You’ll manage on-site progress, lead subcontractors, ensure quality standards, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage residential construction projects
-Lead daily site operations, scheduling, and coordination
-Supervise subcontractors and ensure top-quality workmanship
-Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
-Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes
-Keep job sites clean, organized, and efficient
-Communicate progress with clients, subcontractors, and office staff
Requirements:
-3+ years of residential construction or site supervision experience
-Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and codes
-Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
-Clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
