We are looking for a Body Shop / Collision Office Manager in Pensacola, FL.
We have an Immediate Opening for a Body Shop Manager. We have a Full - Ser vice Shop- including plenty of work.
The Ideal Candidate: Must have Previous Body Shop Management experience, excellent communication skills verbal and written, and must have experience with CCC One Estimating Software. Good understanding of mechanical components and associated with repairs, a clear understanding of providing elite customer service! A Self Starter who can observe the strengths present in a location and build a good working relationship.
Compensation: Based on Experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Monitor shop facilities, equipment and resources
Keeping shop clean and orderly
Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience
Assure compliance with safety goals Provide accurately estimate/quote services
Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives
Manage work order system and service invoicing
Communicate policies, procedures, and goals to employees
