As a Resort Experience Host, you will create engaging and memorable experiences for guests of all ages through activities, events, and recreational programs. Host guest engagement programs such as trivia, bingo, games, contests, and recreational activities.
Participate in special events and help create memorable, high-energy guest experiences.
Use strong public speaking and hosting skills to engage and entertain groups of all sizes.
Develop new activity ideas and contribute to enhancing resort entertainment programming.
Maintain daily activity logs and track guest participation.
Handle monetary transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Assist guests with equipment rentals and check-outs using computer systems.
Enforce safety guidelines while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and recreational facilities.
Assist with inventory management and operational support as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.
