Looking for a laborer or experienced door technician. We are willing to train inexperienced laborers in our scope of work as long as the effort and initiative is being put out. We are looking for 2 additional workers for permanent positions in our company. We offer 40-hour weeks minimum or more, up to 55-hour weeks. We are a door company that runs commercial projects such as hospitals, government facilities, schools, hotels, apartments, etc. Message or email me for more information.

Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish fluent speakers)(if you know Spanish but no English then we might make an exception, will depend on your experience and motivation) (non-negotiable)
- Must have basic tools like hand tools and a drill(must know how to use them)
- Must be motivated and take the initiative in working (non-negotiable)
- Must be okay traveling out of their own cities and out of state if required(compensation is available, whether per diem or mileage/gas)(non-negotiable)
- Must not have strong addictions or have no addictions. If you do have an addiction to alcohol or drugs, be responsible to not come to work inebriated (some jobs require drug testing to go onsite)
- Must have reliable transportation or own vehicle (this job offer comes with moving around to different sites and cities)(non-negotiable)
- Felonies can be discussed depending on severity. Case-by-case scenarios.
- Must be 18 years or older (non-negotiable)
- Must be able to lift/carry material over 80lbs (non-negotiable)
- Must be legally be able to work in the USA, whether with permit, visa or are a citizen. (non-negotiable)

Requisitos (No negociables):
- Bilingue: Fluido en inglés y español (o si habla espanol solamente se puede hacer un eception dependiendo en tu experiencia y motivacion)
- Herramientas básicas: Debes tener y saber usar herramientas manuales y un taladro
- Motivado y con iniciativa
- Disposición para viajar fuera de tu ciudad o fuera del estado cuando sea necesario
- Transporte confiable o vehículo propio
- 18 años o más
- Capacidad para levantar/cargar más de 80 lbs (36 kg aprox.)
- Autorizado legalmente para trabajar en los EE. UU (ciudadano, visa o permiso de trabajo)
Otros requisitos:
- No tener adicciones fuertes. Si consumes alcohol o sustancias, no debes presentarte al trabajo bajo los efectos. (Algunos sitios requieren pruebas de drogas.)
- Delitos/Felonías: Se pueden evaluar caso por caso, dependiendo de la gravedad.
